[2013] EWCA Crim 145

Consecutive sentences of 12 months' imprisonment imposed on an exceptionally serious persistent sex offender following his guilty plea to an offence of exposure and revocation of a community sentence for an earlier similar offence were appropriate. The total term of two years was not manifestly disproportionate to the gravity of the recent offences viewed as a whole, especially in the light of a catalogue of previous similar offences.
