Applicant sought leave to appeal on grounds (settled by himself). Leave granted on whether trial judge misdirected jury on applicant's requisite knowledge for being allegedly knowingly concerned in the importation of cannabis. The jury was not inconsistent when it convicted the applicant and acquitted the alleged courier.
