[2003] EWCA Crim 1597

A sentence of three and a half years for robbery of an MP3 player was manifestly excessive: two years and nine months was appropriate. However, 15 months for witness intimidation was not excessive and ordering the sentences to run consecutively did not make the totality of the sentence wrong.
