[2002] EWCA Crim 1974

As the sentencing judge had failed to give adequate credit for guilty pleas and admissions in relation to offences for which the appellant would not otherwise have been punished, a total sentence of five years' imprisonment for burglary of commercial property was replaced with one of three years.
