[2009] EWCA Crim 591

A sentence of five years and four months' detention in a young offender institution imposed following a guilty plea to causing death by dangerous driving was excessive in view of the mitigating factors, in particular the offender's young age, that outweighed the aggravating factors. A sentence of four years' detention was substituted.
