[2010] EWCA Crim 1033

A total sentence of 16 months' imprisonment imposed on an offender following his guilty plea to three counts of obtaining a money transfer by deception was not unduly disparate with non-custodial sentences imposed on his two co-defendants, as his criminal record was significantly worse and his fraud involved a larger sum of money.
