[2009] EWCA Crim 1846

A total sentence of 30 months' imprisonment imposed for offences of theft and burglary was excessive, given the offender's timely guilty pleas and the relatively minor nature of the burglary offence. Accordingly, the sentence was reduced to 21 months' imprisonment.
