[2013] EWCA Crim 614

A sentence of eight months' imprisonment imposed following a plea of guilty to contempt of court was reduced to five months. The defendant had taken photographs and recorded footage of the trial knowing that it was prohibited, but although there had to be an element of deterrence in the sentence, the defendant's relative youth, state of mind and lack of intention to derail the trial had to be taken into account.
