The judge in a murder trial was right to draw the inference that a witness would not have testified without an anonymity order and it was open to the judge to find that the strict terms of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 s.88 were satisfied. The fairness of the trial had not been affected by the granting of the anonymity order.
