[2012] EWCA Crim 1561

A sentence of seven-and-a-half years' imprisonment imposed for possession of a class A drug with intent and for possession of expanding ammunition was reduced to six years and ten months' imprisonment; a sentence of six years' imprisonment imposed for being concerned in the supply of class A drugs was reduced to five years and two months. The sentencing judge had taken too high a starting point for both.
