[2012] EWCA Crim 1616

A finding of dangerousness had been justified in relation to a 21-year-old offender with a history of violent crime largely targeting young women walking alone in public places at night. Although he had not inflicted any serious physical injuries, the psychological effect on some of his victims had been significant. He had also shown himself to be capable of using violence when crossed.
