The period of time allowed for payment of a confiscation order did not run from the date of the determination of an appeal against the order but from the date the order was made. Further, it would be wrong as a matter of principle for appellants to be encouraged to believe that the bringing of an appeal would be likely to lengthen the time given for payment.
