[2007] EWCA Crim 1618
A judge was under no obligation to discharge jurors who had been accused by a defendant of making or hearing a racist comment. The inevitable discharge of jurors in such circumstances would mean that false allegations would be at a premium where a trial was not proceeding as a defendant wished.
