In an appeal against sentence by the first appellant for an offence of having a firearm or imitation firearm while entering a building as a trespasser, in light of the fact that he testified against his co-accused, greater discount should have been awarded to him and accordingly his sentence was substituted with one of four years' imprisonment. The second appellant's conviction for offences of possessing a firearm or imitation firearm with intent to endanger life, indecent assault on a female and rape could not be regarded as unsafe in light of the evidence against him and accordingly his application for permission to appeal against conviction was refused.
