[2012] EWHC 406 (Admin)

A decision of the police to issue an enhanced criminal record certificate under the Police Act 1997 s.113B, which disclosed allegations of violence used by a teacher on pupils, was lawful. The material identified in the certificate passed the test of relevance in s.113B and all factors had been weighed up by the police prior to disclosure.
