[2013] EWHC 3893 (Admin)

The extradition of the sole carer of a child, who had suffered a traumatic disruption five years previously when his mother had left, constituted an interference with the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.8 where there was no option available that would not involve for him the prolonged, significant and damaging separation from the one parent he had and to whom he was attached.
