R (on the application of MARCUS PAUL) v WOOD GREEN CROWN COURT (2013)

PUBLISHED January 30, 2013

[2013] EWHC 309 (Admin)

A judge was entitled to refuse to grant bail to an individual charged with conspiring to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life. He had carefully and fairly considered the points both in favour and against the grant of bail, and had not based his refusal merely on the seriousness of the charged offence.
