Where an adjudicator, on a claim for asylum remitted by the Immigration Appeal Tribunal, had dismissed the claim in the absence of the claimant who had not been informed of the date of the hearing, the secretary of state was not obliged as a matter of natural justice to go behind the decision of the adjudicator since the correct procedure was an appeal from the adjudicator's decision.
