[2009] EWHC 472 (Admin)

A chief constable was entitled to bring proceedings against a probationary police officer under the Police Regulations 2003 reg.13, rather than to initiate disciplinary proceedings, and the former proceedings complied with the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.8.
