[2009] EWHC 1643 (Admin)

A reporting obligation requiring the wife of a person designated under the Al-Qaida and Taliban (United Nations Measures) Order 2006 to account for all monies she was licensed to spend was complaint with the purposes of the 2006 order and did not amount to a disproportionate interference with her rights under the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.8.
