PUBLISHED August 12, 2011[2011] EWHC 2384 (Admin)
A Parole Board had been entitled to refuse to recommend the transfer of a prisoner serving a life sentence for murder to open prison conditions. It had correctly applied the Parole Board Directions and had not taken undue account of the prisoner's continued denial of guilt.
