Once the time limit for appealing an extradition order made pursuant to the Extradition Act 2003 Pt 1 had expired the order was final, so the High Court had no jurisdiction to judicially review such an order unless an intervening circumstance of the type outlined in R (on the application of Navadunskis) v Serious Organised Crime Agency [2009] EWHC 1292 (Admin) had arisen after the time limit had expired, even if the failure had occurred through the incompetence of legal representatives.
