The Criminal Justice Act 2003 s.264(3) determined the licence expiry date in every case where a prisoner was serving consecutive terms save only where all the offences in question were committed before the coming into force of the 2003 Act, in which case the Criminal Justice Act 1991 s.37(1) served to fix the licence expiry date.
