[2006] EWHC 2627 (Admin)

Youth courts' decisions to decline jurisdiction and commit to the Crown Court youths charged with either robbery or assault with intent to rob were not manifestly wrong as in each case there was a real prospect of the imposition of a custodial sentence of over two years in length.
