[2011] EWHC 1056 (Admin)

The passage of time did not make it unjust or oppressive to extradite to Lithuania a man accused of road traffic offences allegedly committed 10 years earlier. He could not rely on the passage of five years since he had left Lithuania in breach of his bail conditions.
