[2013] EWHC 424 (Admin)

A police force's disclosure in an Enhanced Criminal Records Certificate of allegations made against a nurse of neglect and ill treatment of care home residents was unlawful and in breach of the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.8 as the allegations had been shown to be unreliable on the evidence and a flawed decision-making procedure had been adopted.
