Police issue journalist with harassment notice for trying to question convicted fraudster
PUBLISHED April 5, 2014Scotland Yard has been accused of trampling on press freedom after it served a local newspaper reporter with a harassment notice after he approached a convicted fraudster for a comment as part of an investigation.
