[2012] EWHC 3036 (Admin)

A European arrest warrant which specified more than one offence would not be rendered wholly invalid simply because one of the offences was not properly specified as required by the Extradition Act 2003 s.2(4)(c). The fact that the Extradition Act 2003 (Multiple Offences) Order 2003 did not specifically amend s.2 of the Act did not mean that its amendments to s.10 had no effect.
