An anti-social behaviour order imposed upon an individual who had photographed and made allegations about a number of individuals in a blog, whom he believed to be engaged in corrupt acts, was quashed as his behaviour did not satisfy the statutory criteria necessary for the imposition of an anti-social behaviour order.
