[2010] EWHC 3655 (Admin)

A district judge had been entitled to order the extradition of a Spanish national pursuant to a European arrest warrant as the statement of purpose contained in the warrant was unequivocal regarding the purpose for which it was issued, namely conducting a criminal prosecution, and there was nothing within the warrant casting doubt on the accuracy of that statement.
