Where a European arrest warrant did not specify explicitly whether it was a prosecution warrant or a warrant for the execution of a custodial sentence and referred in its descriptive title to both types of warrant, it was clear from reading the document as a whole that it was a prosecution warrant, and it was sufficiently particularised as such for it to comply with the Extradition Act 2003 s.2.
