[2007] EWHC 1797 (Admin)

A short-term prisoner who was not in custody at the three-quarter mark of his sentence was not subject to the release provisions in the Criminal Justice Act 1991 s.33 and was not one for whom unconditional release at that time could be translated into a conditional release.
