The Crown Prosecution Service's application under the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 s.29 for the appointment of an enforcement receiver to enforce an unsatisfied confiscation order made against an offender who had committed drug offences was granted as the CPS had established on the balance of probabilities that the registration of a property in the name of a third party was a sham and that the offender was the beneficial owner.
