Judge is unmoved by criticism over holding abused girl in cell
PUBLISHED March 12, 2014A judge’s decision to order the arrest of a young sex-abuse victim who was imprisoned for 20 hours before giving evidence against her attacker was condemned by the Government yesterday as “hugely regrettable”.
