A disclosure order which required a non-party to provide detailed information about the assets of a judgment debtor, who had taken steps to evade payment of his debt of US $3.7 billion, was too wide and unreasonably oppressive where it required, within 10 working days, the provision of detailed particulars on all the assets that had been held or controlled by the debtor within the previous four years and contained a requirement to make all reasonable enquiries.
