[2012] NIQB 70

The Legal Aid for Crown Court Proceedings (Costs) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2005 s.17(3) required legal representatives to keep contemporaneous records of hours spent on a case, regardless of whether that was before or after the case had been certified as a very high cost case, or before or after it had otherwise become such a case, in order to claim very high cost case fees for that time.
