[2012] EWHC 1765 (Admin)

The requirements of dual criminality were met in a European arrest warrant which alleged that a Polish national had been convicted of the offence of "buying goods that had been stolen": had the conduct occurred in the UK, it would have constituted the offence of possessing criminal property, and the only reasonable inference from the warrant was that the offender had possessed the requisite mens rea for that offence.
