Emotional abuse law ‘for the worst cases’
PUBLISHED April 1, 2014New laws to criminalise the emotional and mental abuse of children would apply “in the worst cases” to ensure that the courts were not clogged up with legal action from disgruntled children unhappy about their upbringing, Nick Clegg said yesterday.
