[2010] EWHC 366 (Admin)

A passage of time of some 19 years between alleged sexual offences against a minor occurring and the commencement of extradition proceedings, part of which time the accused had spent imprisoned in the United Kingdom, did not make it unjust pursuant to the Extradition Act 2003 s.14 to order extradition.
