Where, for the purposes of an ancillary relief claim by a wife, there was a surplus after the wife's reasonable requirements had been met and a confiscation order against her criminal husband had been satisfied, it might be appropriate for the wife to receive less than she would otherwise have been entitled to under the principle of equality so that the husband would be left with a modest fund to re-establish himself.
