Where the evidence established that the appellant had driven a motor vehicle while disqualified and that the police officer had had the necessary suspicion that the appellant had been driving the vehicle, the fact that the arrest took place after the appellant had parked and left the vehicle did not affect its lawfulness because the chain of events was continuous.
