The CLSA and LCCSA wish to survey its membership on a few critical questions in the event that MOJ make an offer to suspend the cut in exchange for savings. The results of this survey will dictate whether it is appropriate to suspend the action or not pending negotiation in relation to Two Tier (and of course the January cuts).
