Appellant was not informed by the police officer that his breath test showed him to be over the alcohol limit for driving. He was also not informed of his right to object to a blood test for medical reasons or that a doctor would take the test. Whether a sufficiently detailed formula had been given for the purposes of ss.7 and 8 of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
