CEOP: child sex abuse 'can take place purely online'
PUBLISHED July 2, 2013Peter Davies, the chief executive of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP), warns of a "class of child abusers very proficient in technology" who try to evade detection by finding new means of accessing children online.
