Bribery case prompts first deferred prosecution
PUBLISHED December 2, 2015A bribe connected to a $600m (£398m) sovereign loan to Tanzania was at the centre of the UK's first deferred prosecution agreement (DPA), approved in court by Sir Brian Leveson, head of the Queen's Bench Division today.
