The Race Relations Act 1976 s.57A did not prevent a person who alleged discrimination had occurred in the course of an immigration decision, and where that discrimination had not been determined upon in immigration proceedings, from bringing a claim for racial discrimination in the county court once the immigration proceedings had terminated.
