[2013] EWHC 3821 (Admin)

In a fitness to practise hearing concerning a pharmacist accused of taking thousands of pounds from her employer, the General Pharmaceutical Council had properly admitted evidence of an interview deemed inadmissible in criminal proceedings. Following a finding that the pharmacists's fitness to practise was impaired by reason of serious misconduct, the sanction of removing her from the register of pharmacists was appropriate in the circumstances.
