[2007] EWCA Crim 1890

Sentences of three years and six months' imprisonment and four years' detention were unduly lenient for offences of robbery in the victim's own home and, in the case of the young offender, two additional counts of attempted robbery. The sentences were accordingly increased to five years and six and a half years respectively.
