Criminal legal aid applications submitted to City of Westminster magistrates? court requiring referrals are now going to the Nottingham National Courts Team.

Referrals to the National Courts Team are needed for any complex means or hardship assessments. 

From 1 July 2013 these referrals have been sent to the Nottingham team for processing instead of Liverpool.

Applications should continue to be submitted to the City of Westminster in the first instance.
