An inability, due to the passage of time, to specify the dates of offences of indecent assault committed whilst the victim was a child, did not in itself render a European arrest warrant invalid for the purposes of the Extradition Act 2003 s.2(4)(c). Nor did a delay of over 25 years from the date of the alleged commission of the offences to the decision to prosecute, on the facts, render the extradition of the alleged perpetrator unjust, oppressive, or incompatible with his human rights.
